Kingdom Architect Marla Reyes
A little about me
Marla has spent 22 years at the intersection of ministry, design, and enterprise systems. She began her career as a creative director for nonprofit organizations, eventually becoming one of the earliest voices calling for a CompositeChurch approach — where presence and infrastructure work together instead of competing. She's known for her ability to take complex ministry problems and turn them into clear, beautiful, scalable systems. Younger builders love her because she listens deeply, thinks visually, and helps them see the Church not just as a building or a brand, but as a multi-layered Kingdom organism. Marla mentors emerging Kingdom Workers in how to design ministries that are trauma-equipped, digitally fluent, and spiritually grounded. She believes the future Church will be built by people who can think like architects — shaping spaces, systems, and stories that help people flourish.
