A little about me

Tom is a former manufacturing operations director who answered a ministry call in his mid-40s. For the last 20 years, he's helped churches, nonprofits, and covocational ministries build reliable, scalable operational systems. He's the kind of mentor who listens first, thinks deeply, and then offers the kind of practical wisdom that saves younger builders years of frustration. Tom specializes in helping emerging Kingdom Workers understand how enterprise principles — workflow, safety, quality control, and process design — can serve the Church without overwhelming it. He's a gentle elder with a builder's mind and a shepherd's heart.
